The former home of the Herald Journal is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places designated by the National Park Service. This historic renovation is complete with 8,000 square feet of retail space, including a restaurant, and 8,000 square feet of office space on the first level. Floors two through four have 27 historic loft style apartment units.
