Jefferson Clinton Commons will be an exciting mixed-use project, utilizing environmentally responsible “Green” building methods. The project will be comprised of retail, office and condominium ownership that will invigorate the downtown neighborhood while maintaining the aesthetics and historical perspective of Armory Square.
The building portion of the project will complement the Jefferson-Clinton Hawthorn Suite’s brick facade, creating a new, symmetrical gateway into Armtory Square from Jefferson Street. The property will incorporate architectural details similar to those established of the Center Armory and the rear of 414 South Clinton across Jefferson Street, thus mirroring the established streetscape and providing a greater continuity to the southeast area of Armory Square.
