This urban project involves the renovation of two buildings, totaling 140,000 square feet. The existing eight and ten story buildings will be converted from office buildings into a singular mixed use facility. The mixed use project will house approximately 66 modern market rate apartments with associated residential amenities, 29,000 square feet of class “A” commercial space with secure parking at the first level and basement. A six story sky lit atrium will be introduced in the center of the existing Merchants Bank building. Natural light, open spaces and interesting architectural details will dominate downtown’s newest development. The new rooftop multi-purpose deck will offer the tenants a variety of amenities and activities. The building exterior will have the stone facade selectively penetrated with floor to ceiling windows in each apartment unit.
