303 Litho Mixed-Use Apartments – Franklin Square – Syracuse, New York

Completed in 2025, this new construction mixed-use project was designed to mimic the historic neighborhood aesthetic of 20th century masonry factory buildings. 303 Litho now houses 27 luxury apartments on the upper 2 floors and and 4 commercial tenants on the first floor.
